Samantha Kelly
Temporary Resourcing Team Leader
Mon - Thurs
I manage the Temporary Resourcing Unit on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, ensuring our Temporary Resourcing Processes are maintained in line with University policies and external regulations. I act as a point of contact for our workers and recruiting managers, and am responsible for the line management of the Temporary Resourcing Team.
I joined the University in March 2014 in the role of Temporary Staff Bank Assistant, and moved to my current role in March 2015.
I graduated from the University of Exeter with a BSc in Exercise and Sport Sciences in 2009, and again in 2010 with an MSc in International Management. Prior to joining the University I worked in Recruitment based roles for both public and private organisations.
I am dedicated to ensuring our temporary workers have a positive experience working for the University. If you (as a worker or a manager) have any questions or feedback regarding our processes I would love to hear from you.
